Do I need a virtual office address?
An Estonian company must have a registered Estonian address. Unicount provides annual virtual office address subscriptions in Tallinn, Avala office building.
What is included in the price?
Unicount handles all the incoming mail and forwards it electronically to you. Parcels are not accepted and the address cannot be used for collecting and forwarding goods.

The virtual office is a recurring annual service that renews automatically after 12 months. Unicount prompts you to check your company card details before service renewal payment is charged.

Do I need a contact person?
Every Estonian company with a non-resident management board is required to appoint an authorized contact person. The contact person is necessary for the Estonian authorities to deliver certain official documents.
What is included in the service?
Unicount is appointed as the contact person for your company. This will be shown on public records in the Estonian Business Register. All received documents will be processed and forwarded to you.

You can simply add virtual office subscription in the company formation application process. This page here is only for subscribing your existing companies or when registering via Unicount is not possible. For example you have multiple shareholders or no Estonian digital ID cards.
Every company to be registered in Estonia needs to have a registered office address in Estonia. Non-resident directors also need to appoint a licensed contact person.
Unicount only allows residents of Estonia to use it’s online company formation service without subscribing to a virtual office and contact person service.
If you are not a resident of Estonia as a company founder and sole board member, the company must designate a contact person specified in the Estonian Commercial Code. The address of the contact person shall be considered the address of the company in such a case. This is why Unicount must offer virtual office service to non-residents with the contact person service as a package.
After you have subscribed to the virtual office with contact person service you might wonder who is your contact person and how to reach the person.
Actually there is no physical person acting as a contact person. The term “contact person” arises from the Estonian Commercial Code.
Unicount OÜ is a registered provider of trust and company services and can act under its licence as a contact person of your company. Unicount acts as a legal person so there is no specific physical person you could refer to as your contact person.

To start you need to log in to the Business Register using your e-resident card. Smart-ID does not work on the government portal for company formation.
As the contact person’s address is considered to be the address of the company according to Estonian Commercial Code, Unicount does not provide contact person service without the address service.
