Yes. Unicount’s virtual office and accounting services are available to companies already registered in Estonia, not only to those formed through Unicount. You can switch your legal address to Unicount or start a monthly accounting plan at any time.
Unicount is designed primarily for Estonian e-residents and international founders who manage their companies remotely. However, Estonian residents and companies with Smart-ID can also use Unicount’s services.
Yes. Unicount provides support and services in English, Estonian, Russian, French, German, Spanish, and Turkish. The platform and client communications are available in all supported languages.
No. Unicount is an independent private company. Unicount connects directly to the Estonian Business Register API to submit company formation applications on your behalf, but is not a government agency or official government service. The state registration fee of €265 is paid to the Estonian Business Register separately.
