Do I need an accountant for my Estonian company?
A company with zero transactions is considered dormant and does not require a monthly accountant. However, every Estonian company must file an annual report by 30 June each year regardless of activity. If your company is VAT-registered or pays salaries or director’s fees, monthly declarations apply.

Unicount uses Envoice software for expense management and invoicing. The software subscription is included in the monthly service fee.
