For having an Estonian company with registered office address in Estonia you can use virtual office service. Unicount offers you company address in Estonian capital Tallinn, Foorum office building.

What is included in the price?
Unicount handles all the incoming mail and forwards it electronically to you. Parcels are not accepted and the legal address cannot be used for collecting and forwarding goods.

How is it billed?
The virtual office is a recurring annual service that renews automatically every 12 months. Unicount prompts you to check your company card details before service renewal payment is charged.

Do I need a monthly accounting plan?
The monthly accounting plans are designed for employers and VAT registered companies requring monthly tax submissions in Estonia. Monthly dividend payments would also require monthly tax reporting.

What is included in the service?
Unicount will give you access to a cloud software for submitting all your expense documents and creating sales invoices. All expense documents will be reconciled and Estonian taxes calculated based on your bank statements and source documents.
How is it billed?
All monthly accounting plans are recurring payments charged monthly on your card. Unicount charges base amount for the new month and extras for the previous month as a single payment.

No. Unicount’s pricing is transparent. The formation fee of €296 including VAT covers everything needed to register your company. The virtual office at €199 per year plus VAT and accounting plans from €29 per month plus VAT are billed separately and clearly. There are no setup fees, no hidden scanning fees, and no mandatory extras.
Yes. If your company is dormant or you only need an annual report, Unicount offers standalone annual accounts preparation starting from €199 for dormant companies. A monthly accounting plan is not required for companies with no monthly activity.
The Lite plan at €29 per month plus VAT provides access to invoicing and expense management software only. No accountant is assigned and no tax filings are included. The Micro plan at €99 per month plus VAT includes a Unicount accountant who handles monthly bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting. The Micro plan is required if your company has VAT registration, employees, or regular director’s fee payments.
Yes. The virtual office subscription at €199 per year plus VAT includes a registered legal address in Tallinn and handling of all incoming official mail, which is scanned and forwarded to you electronically. Parcels and bank cards cannot be received at the virtual office address.
Unicount’s prices are shown exclusive of VAT where indicated. Estonian VAT at 24% applies to Unicount’s service fees. The state registration fee of €265 is exempt from VAT as it is a government fee paid directly to the Business Register. The total formation price of €296 is shown inclusive of VAT.
Yes. You can cancel your Unicount services at any time through the client dashboard. Annual subscriptions such as the virtual office are not refunded for the remaining period after cancellation. Monthly accounting plans can be cancelled with notice as set out in the Terms of Service.

This covers the government state fee of €265 paid to the Estonian Business Register and Unicount’s €31 Business Register API fee.
