We offer super easy Estonian company formation through an online self-service portal.
With video tutorials and online support, you can set up a single shareholder and board member company with our virtual office address in five minutes or less. The service is based on the API of the Estonian Business Register and requires you to have Estonian e-resident or resident ID-card, Smart-ID or Mobile-ID.
Multiple shareholder companies and subsidiaries can be registered with our virtual office service via e-Business Register.
Unicount provides online accounting service to its virtual office clients with annual accounts preparation and Estonian tax reporting.

Previously, he was a partner in a leading Estonian accounting firm 1Office and cost management SaaS Envoice.
Adam Rang
Adam Rang is a British-Estonian entrepreneur who, as Chief Evangelist, has been involved in the development of the Estonian e-Residency program. At Unicount, Adam is responsible for engaging e-residents as well as journalists and other stakeholders to learn about the benefits of the service. Fun fact: To demonstrate the ease of doing business in Estonia, Adam once started a company while going to the sauna.
