With video tutorials and online support, you can set up a single shareholder and board member company with our virtual office address in five minutes or less. The service is based on the API of the Estonian Business Register and requires you to have Estonian e-resident or resident ID-card, Smart-ID or Mobile-ID.
Multiple shareholder companies and subsidiaries can be registered with our virtual office service via e-Business Register.
Unicount provides online accounting service to its virtual office clients with annual accounts preparation and Estonian tax reporting.
