To ensure a smooth and quick Know Your Customer (KYC) process via the Ondato system, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Receive your identification link<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After purchasing services, you will receive an identification link by email. This link will direct you to the Ondato identity verification platform, where the company\u2019s directors and beneficial owners need to complete the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use a mobile phone for better quality<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For a smooth experience, use a mobile phone to take a photo of your ID document. High-quality photos are crucial, as poor image quality is one of the main reasons for identification rejection.<\/p>\n\n\n

Provide the correct ID document<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only passports or ID cards from EU member states are accepted for identification. Other documents, such as residence permits or driving licences, are not valid.<\/p>\n\n\n

Make sure you complete the identification process in one go. The system does not have a save function, and an interrupted session will need to be restarted from the beginning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dealing with errors<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you encounter any error messages, don\u2019t worry. Wait for one of our specialists to review your submission and contact you with further instructions. Our KYC team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00\u201317:00 (Estonian time).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Country restrictions due to AML Regulations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, we are only able to work with clients from specific countries. If your country is not supported, you will be notified during the identification process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
